THE LIGHT
THE 160-SECOND SUMMARY
The DIVINE comprises God the FATHER, God the Son or WORD, and God the HOLY SPIRIT.
All three operate in unity around POWER and LOVE – Because God is Love, The Father has it, The Word has it, and the Spirit has it; Not forgetting the powerful JUSTICE and WISDOM.
The Father manifests Himself to us by GRACE through the Word, giving us IDENTITY.
The Holy Spirit REVEALS the Word to us to enable us with PURPOSE to restore our RELATIONSHIP with the Father.
The Father is the TRUTH. Jesus is the way, the TRUTH, and the LIFE. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of TRUTH. It’s the truth introduced us to the FREEDOM found in Christ. The Father, desiring our freedom from blame shame and condemnation, and compelled by His HOLINESS, manifests his desire in Christ’s RIGHTEOUS, and perfects us, calling Is His masterpiece.
Knowing we are secure, we discover the PEACE of Christ and the revealed fruit of PEACE from the Holy Spirit.
Peace pushes back fear and gives us a SOUND MIND.
Thinking clearly, we can approach life with a LOGOS-based Logic. That Logos Word was the one to CREATE all things.
And now the Father, with an established identity and restored relationship with us, is EVER PRESENT rich in MERCY, LONG-SUFFERING and conducts himself GRACIOUSLY with Divine Decorum.
Christ is eternally COMMITTED to see His Fathers will of established identity and eternal relationship with you even ENDURING the cross, giving us every reason to want to be His disciples. Ready to READ, MEDITATE, PRAY, WORSHIP, SURRENDER, FAST,, be STILL and GENEROUS living in the manifest and revealed presence of the Father or as it is written in Genesis 1:3 – And God said Let there be LIGHT and there was Light. Let there be LIGHT.
THE LIGHT THAT CHANGED THE WORLD
DIVINE LIGHT IS WHERE THE MANIFESTATION AND REVELATION OF GODS CHARACTER MEET.
Then God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.

The Word of God is the manifestation of His Character.
THE BALANCE OF THE DIVINE
Love – the creation of Mankind.
Justice – Everything is created in perfect balance.
Wisdom – The intricacy of creation.
Power – The sheer creative force.
In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God. He existed in the beginning with God. God created everything through him, and nothing was created except through him. The Word gave life to everything that was created, and his life brought light to everyone. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it.

INTO THE DARKNESS
While the WORD was the manifestation, the Holy Spirit was seeking out the places that desperately needed the revelation of the LIGHT of the WORD.
The earth was formless and empty, and darkness covered the deep waters. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters.
—GENESIS 1:2
By revealing the light to the world, the Holy Spirit was instrumental in turning that which was worthless into that which would bear much fruit. – BY REVEALING THE CHARACTER NOT THE WORKS OF GOD.
But those who love the truth will come into the Light, for the Light will reveal that it was God who produced their fruitful works.

A fruitful life allows the Holy Spirit to reveal the LIGHT AND THE WORD to the darkest places of our character.
But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!

The Father is manifest by the Word. But the Word is intimately revealed through the Spirit.
Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father!
But when the Father sends the Advocate as my representative—that is, the Holy Spirit—he will teach you everything and will remind you of everything I have told you.

WHAT THE HOLY SPIRIT REVEALS
The fruit of the Spirit is the nature of His Character and How He deals with us!
The fruit of the Spirit is not about what you should do, but about the lens you need to see the Wonder of the Word!
The wonder and abundance of life does not come from looking at our lives through the lense of the Holy Spirit, but rather letting Him focus our lives on the Wonder of the Father…
Becoming a masterpiece is not about the painting but the painter. It’s not about what we want but about who God is – all three all the time!
THE REVELATION OF THE WORD THROUGH THE SPIRIT
If we can allow the Holy Spirit to focus us on the Word (Revelation), then we get to experience the relationship fully. But it takes the fullness of the Father, the passion of the Son, and the motivation of the Spirit – all three all the time.
LOVE reveals the unity of the Word and the Father. And the WONDER of His SACRIFICE
JOY reveals the GENEROSITY of the WORD and the GRATITUDE of the WORD towards the will of the Father. Jesus considered it JOY to endure the cross.
The Spirit of PEACE is a reflection of the Prince of Peace, His HUMBLE and PRAYERFUL approach to turmoil.
PATIENCE reveals how ATTENTIVE Jesus is to His Mission and His EMPATHY towards the darkness and brokenness.
As the HOLY SPIRIT deals with us in KINDNESS we are focused on Jesus’ COMPASSION and His desire to SERVE even the broken and distressed.
The purity of the GOODNESS of the Holy Spirit reveals the WORD’S HONESTY. His Word is so Good and pure that it can never be a lie. He has complete FAITH in the Character of God in us.
The FAITHFULNESS of the Holy Spirit towards us is a reflection of Christ’s FAITHFULNESS to always FORGIVE, always HEAL, and that He is the same yesterday, today, and for all ETERNITY.
The Holy Spirit GENTLY and works with us and reminds us of how CHARITABLE and PATIENT Jesus is with Grace. That same mildness is presented to us as if we were the master and He was the SERVANT.
The SELF-CONTROL of the Holy Spirit ensures that in the heat of spiritual battle Jesus took time to REST and provide REST. He would remain in OBEDIENCE to the will of the Father and walk that will out with INTEGRITY.
That leaves only a few more characteristics to be revealed.
The fruit of the Holy Spirit are the characteristics of His personality as He reveals the WORD, who, in turn, reveals the FATHER.
With all that the character of God is, Jesus declares so PASSIONATELY the WONDER of His Grace being the HOPE of the World.
AT THE CROSS
Upon That HOPE we discover the WONDER of His FORGIVENESS being the LIGHT of the world. That light that gives LIFE and PASSION to those who believe will see that the joy of ETERNITY is assured.
And it is to that incredible display of the Character of God, that we SURRENDER….
For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.
