Living a Spirit-Empowered Life
Romans 8:14 (NLT) – “For all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God.”
1. Wind-Living Is Normal for a Jesus-Follower
“Since we are living by the Spirit, let us follow the Spirit’s leading in every part of our lives.”
—Galatians 5:25 (NLT)
Being Spirit-led isn’t a moment. It’s a mindset.
2. The Spirit Will Never Lead You Where Grace Can’t Keep You
“For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.”
—2 Corinthians 3:17 (NLT)
Where the Spirit leads, grace provides.
3. You Were Made to Sail, Not Row
“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
—Acts 1:8 (NLT)
Stop striving—start sailing.
4. The Wind Brings Refreshing
“But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.”
—Isaiah 40:31 (NLT)
The Spirit doesn’t just carry you out. He carries you through.
5. You Are Meant to Carry the Wind to Others
“Again he said, ‘Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I am sending you.’ Then he breathed on them and said, ‘Receive the Holy Spirit.’”
—John 20:21–22 (NLT)
The wind you carry will carry others.
Faith Declarations
I was not made to walk in my own strength—I was made to be carried by the wind.
I am Spirit-led, Spirit-filled, and Spirit-empowered.
The wind of God is not behind me or around me—it’s within me.
I let go of striving and trust the wind to carry me.
Everywhere I go, the wind goes with me—and others will catch the wind through my life.
Confession Prayer
Father, I thank You for the gift of the Holy Spirit.
You have not left me windless or powerless.
Today, I surrender my striving and receive Your Spirit again.
Let Your wind stir within me—refresh me, lead me, and carry me.
I trust You to guide me, empower me, and send me.
I declare: I am not alone. I am not empty.
I am carried by the wind.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
